My passion for art, plants, sustainability and holistic health has led me on a professional journey full of unique opportunities. I’ve spent 24 years weaving together my Design and Marketing career with a Wellness Coaching practice that emphasizes nutrition, herbal remedies, connection to nature and whole foods nutrition.

I use photos, graphics, videos and the written word to craft stories that are engaging, meaningful and relatable. From every angle and with every medium, I help brands find their voice and connect to their followers. I especially love taking lengthy, complex information and distilling it down to bite-sized messages, which allows readers to digest and connect to the content in a deeper and long-lasting way.
